I've been taking my family here for over 20 years. My 10 year old had a routine cleaning yesterday. We were in and out of the dentist and just about an hour, and they provided us with a goodie bag as we left. While they don't treat Orthodontics there, they gave us the recommendation and set us up with a number for an orthodontist. Amazing staff, that was very friendly. The facilities themselves are extremely clean and updated. Their room is designed for children, My son watched cartoons during his cleaning.

We drive a little over an hour, one way, to be treated at Warrior Family Dentistry. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable; and the dentists are the best we have found anywhere near us. Affordable and wonderful treatment!

The hygienist that cared for me was extremely nice and gentle. She took the time to talk to me and explain things for me. Great place to get your teeth cleaned, with covid going on making sure to see a denist is a must. Oral hygiene is underrated when it comes to helping your teeth, walk in appointments can be made for emergency problems as well

Great service and Brandy is an excellent hygienist. Only problem is the absurd mask requirement. Cloth masks are useless and nothing more than face fashion. If you are going to continue with this arbitrary requirement, then it's only proper that YOU supply an N95 mask.

I had a wonderful experience each and every time Ive been seen. I have never liked going to the dentist. I get so nervous but the dental assistants are very caring and kind. Everybody is kind from the front desk to the dental assistants to check out. Im so thankful for this place!

You cannot go wrong using Warrior Dentistry. Great dentist. Dr Li and Maddox are great. The administrative staff is always willing to help. The dentistry staff are very professional and friendly, It is great to have two doctors who are willing to help each other. If one is out the other is always willing to fit you in his schedule. So great to have such a wonderful dentist office in the north Jefferson County area.

So far I have had 4 teeth pulled. 2 at a time and they have been so caring and nice. Not easy when dealing with me and my hearing issues.

On June 19, 2021, I had an accidental fall, while on vacation in another state, that resulted in several injuries, the worst of which was cracking my two front teeth. - I know, the song went through my head over and over, "all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth"
I was in between dentists as my insurance had recently changed and I hadn't yet chosen one where I live. I was in sheer panic and needed to find someone to see me as an emergency. If I had a current dentist, this wouldn't have been such a concern, but I did not. I ended up reaching out to a friend who is in management for a group, and it turns out this dentist is in that group. That's how I ended up here, an hour and a half drive from where I live, and I'm so glad that I did.
Warrior Family Dentistry saw me as an emergency and decided that it would be best to add crowns to what was left of my teeth. I don't believe I'm vain, but I've spent my life taking excellent care of my teeth, so this injury was pretty traumatic in that regard. I was horrified. They of course xrayed to make sure there wasn't a more severe problem, and thankfully, we were able to proceed with the crowns. Before I left that day, I had temporary crowns and I was to come back in three weeks for the permanent crowns. Morgan and Dr. Still made it possible for me to be able to show my face and get back to work until my permanent solution was ready.
Yesterday, I went in for my permanent crowns. The team did a beautiful job with them. Color and fit are wonderful, and they look close to identical to my original teeth.
I wanted to add here that this office welcomes walk-ins and there were several during my two trips. What's amazing is, I never felt like this affected my appointment in any way. The staff is on top of everything. Additionally, they never made me feel more ashamed for what had happened, they just made everything better. I will continue to drive an hour and a half one way to use Warrior Family Dentistry for my care and for the care of my family. Thank you Morgan and Dr. Still! (And you too, LeiAnn!)

This was my first time here .The staff is beyond awesome. Made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything in depth. I will definitely continue to use this practice, and I highly recommend it.

Had two crowns done. Three visits. First visit was to confirm I needed a root canal. Was so glad they were open on Saturday and could see me so soon. Also glad they referred me to Brookwood Endodontic for the root canal because even though they could have done it in their office, it was going to be a little tricky and pretty detailed and the dentist felt it would be better for me to have it done there. I appreciate that. The second visit was for temporary crowns after the root canal and third visit was for the permanent crowns. From the first visit I knew this would be my new dentist. Couldn't ask for nicer, more professional people. Made me feel at ease from the beginning. Both procedures went very smoothly. It's a bit of a drive from my home to their office, about 45 minutes, and I have two dental offices within 10 minutes of my home, but it is well worth the drive. Great folks!!

Nice staff in and out quick

I needed a filling replaced quickly and the young ladies worked me in for this week and I was grateful. I always have good treatment when I come there. Everyone is kind but professional.

Great dentist. Dr. Li is very professional and a very informed dentist. His assistant Laura was very good and gentle. All of the dentists and employees are great so nice. This includes the office personal and all of the hygienist. Over my years of going to the dentist they are the best.

Dr. Maddox is also a very knowledgeable and kind dentist. They really care for their patients.

Everyone was so nice and the Dentist there was wonderful pulling my tooth. I will definitely be back.

I had an estimate at a chain dentist place in Gardendale. They quoted me over $6,000. I went to Warrior family dentistry for a 2nd opinion. Im very pleased with how they treated me. They explained everything to me in detail. Their diagnosis was more on what I was thinking. Instead of $6,000+ its under $1,000. Ill definitely start using this place for all my dental needs.

Warrior family dentistry was quick to get me in to be seen when I was in excruciating pain. They were up front about my out of pocket costs. When I couldnt handle a simple extraction they were able to get me set up with an oral surgeon the same day. Thank you & I will be back for my regular check ups.

This the best denis Iv ever been too. Im 60. The pulled and did my top plate about 10 years ago. I do have a fear of dentist Very genial. On the 20 2020 had my bottoms pulled getting ready for plate. It was nice they numbed me part way and took a break allowing it to not be as bad for the rest of the injections. They worked around my drug allergies without hesitation. I was greeted with the upmost care. They were very helpful getting me in the door with my cane. Had hand sanitizer at the check in station. A new pen was handed out to each patient and asked to keep them. However, it did take much longer than I expected and I had to call and cancel another Drs. Appointment because of the length of time I had to spend there and most of the time was just waiting in the dentist chair to be attended to. I was told that they were short handed due to an assistant being out that day.

Dr. Graham is competent and concerned. He performs his work in a timely manner and I havent had any issues from any work he has performed. Important to note is his ability to give a good injection to numb you for comfort.

My husband & I we're @ Warrior Family Dentistry on Monday, 9-21-2020 for teeth cleaning. As in the past, our visit went very well. In the foyer we went thru the covid-19 screening process, got our hands sanitized & given the usual forms to complete. Our wait in the lobby was very short. Our hygienist, Dawn, was very good. She was thorough and careful. She kept us informed on what she was doing & what she was finding. The entire staff, including the dentists, we're very cordial. We felt like we were among friends. I would recommend Warrior Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Warrior Family Densitry in Warrior offer complete dental services in a very comfortable and caring enviornment. It is very easy to schedule an appointment-no hassle what so ever. They accept most dental insurance and have a lab on site for fast sevice. They even do one day repairs. If you are in a hurry and need something done right away, they are very happy to assist you as soon as possible.

Dr Maddox is great /front desk not so
I went in with pain in my teeth and I saw one of there dentist named dr. Maddox. I have since went back several times for other problems this is the best doctor/dentist I have ever seen. This guy is great at what he does. I would totally recomend him to anyone and I will continue seeing him. The only down fall I would say is the people at the front desk. The front desk girls are real flaky and act like you have never been there. My thing is if the dentist can remember you the front desk better remember you. Not all of them are bad though.

The staff is exceptionally pleasant. The office is really clean and the hygienist are very nice... The dentist breaks everything down in detail for you to understand their terms and takes time to listen to the patients. There's no long wait time to be seen and get out. I've never had a bad experience in the past 2 years going there.

I have been using this dentist for awhile. I really like the attitude of the people at this practice. They answer all of my questions. I see Dr Maddox. It is easy to schedule appointments. There are 2 other dentists at this practice so I did not have to wait for an appointment when I changed to this practice. Dr Maddox had the first available time so I took it. Have not been disappointed in the care I have received. Would recommend this practice to anyone in and around Warrior.
